| 研究區域描述 | Marshland of Pakhibitan is mostly covered with elephant grass (Typha sp.) surrounded by a forested patch. In the summer (April-May), the maximum temperature of the area reaches around 41°C. During the winter (December-February), the temperature drops to 9°C while the average rainfall is 1836.5 mm per year. The soil type is alluvial because it is located in the Indo-Gangetic plain. |
取樣方法
Point count The collection of data is obtained by point count method, where the count is performed in a 360-degree arc around a fixed survey station. Equipment used are binocular Olympus (10*50 DPS I ) Camera (Nikon Coolpix P900, P600, B600). Observed data were recorded in the field notebook.
